The Project of the Month is a regular opportunity to focus on special projects and needs across the whole spectrum of Alliance ministries. Each project is made available on our website to make our audience aware of particular ways in which they can support our work.

Purpose: Our goal is to improve the recording and broadcasting capabilities of the Alliance by obtaining a microphone with a built in recorder and a telephone interface unit. The microphone could easily record up to 12 hours of audio – perfect for shorter Alliance events. The telephone interface unit will make our studio more versatile and will save the expense of travel by allowing key individuals to take part in recording sessions over the phone without reducing sound quality.

Budget: The cost of the microphone is $1500 and the cost of the telephone interface unit is $500. The total cost for this project is $2000.

Funding: At this time, our budget does not leave room for such expenses but, because we believe that this updated technology will greatly improve the quality of our recording, we are seeking funding above and beyond our regular fundraising efforts.
